【運費與寄送須知】
一、商品製作時程
• 痕生系列：為預購訂製商品，下單付款後約需 20 個工作天製作。戒指手圍在國際圍 #12 號（含）以上者需特別訂製，請私訊討論後再下單或預約現場預購。
• 其他系列商品：下單付款後約需 10–15 個工作天製作。戒指手圍在國際圍 #12 號（含）以上者，亦請私訊討論後再下單或預約選購。
註：所有商品皆為下單後製作之客製化商品，基於衛生考量，不適用七天鑑賞期退換貨規定。若收到商品七天內有明確瑕疵，請出示購買證明聯繫官方客服，我們將提供換貨或免費保固維修（無法退貨）。超過七天則視情況酌收維修費用。
二、商品寄送時程與運費
由於全球物流狀況影響，部分海外運送可能延誤。如有疑問，請於下單前私訊官方 LINE 或來信詢問。
• 台灣地區（含離島）：一律使用郵局掛號寄送（可寄至郵政信箱），不限金額皆享免運費，亦可預約至台南門市親自取貨。

ORDER HANDLING & PROCESSING
Please allow 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process your order. Each piece of jewelry is handmade to order and requires 14–20 business days to be crafted prior to shipment. Our customer service team will notify you if there are any potential delays.
TAIWAN SHIPPING
• Free Shipping: All Taiwan orders enjoy free shipping via Post Office Parcel service (P.O. Box supported).
• In-Store Pickup: In-store pickup service is available by reservation. Please contact us in advance to reserve your pickup time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
• Shipping Rates: International shipping fees vary depending on the destination and are non-refundable.
• Carrier: Orders are shipped via Standard Post Service with a tracking number provided via email once shipped. We are unable to ship to military addresses.
• Express Option: If express shipping (DHL/FedEx) is required or if your country is not listed, please contact us before placing your order for a shipping quote.
*Please note that LYNLI STUDIO is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs clearance, local duties, or weather conditions.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All jewelry is handmade to order, and returns/exchanges due to a change of mind are not accepted.
• Defective or Incorrect Items: Please contact us within 48 hours (or up to 3 business days for damaged goods) of receipt with your order number and photo proof. We will gladly arrange an exchange or refund.
• Exchange Shipping: Pre-approved exchange items must be shipped back within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
DUTIES & TAXES
Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any fees charged by local customs. If a shipment is refused due to unpaid taxes, the package will be discarded by the carrier and no refund will be issued.
PAYMENT
Transactions are processed in USD at checkout. We accept Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Diners Club, JCB, Discover), Debit Cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Foreign transaction fees may apply depending on your card issuer.
