We strive to provide the most exquisite and attentive service to every customer. Therefore, Li Ni Light Jewelry's bespoke service is by appointment only, and we will only serve one group of customers at a time. When making your appointment, please fill out the following information form in full so that our designers can provide you with the most accurate design consultation and production estimate.
In addition, if you plan to visit, please proactively inform us of any overseas travel history, whether you are self-isolating, and any relevant health information to ensure the health of all staff members and yourself. We will clean your hands with alcohol or hand sanitizer upon your entry into the studio! “Design Process”
♥ Li Ni Light Jewelry | High-End Customization Process The total time required for a customization process is typically at least 50 working days (one month plus 20 days). The following timelines are ideal estimates. The design team may adjust the production cycle based on the complexity of the piece and reserves the right to allow for a design and production buffer period. Customized jewelry is a bespoke product and cannot be returned or exchanged. If the jewelry is completed ahead of schedule, you will be notified in advance. If you have an urgent need for pickup, it is recommended to communicate with the design team as early as possible.
✓Step 1. Initial Customization Consultation (approximately seven business days)
Understanding Client Ideas > Pinterest Idea Board > Final A4 Reference Image: During the initial consultation, clients can 'propose ideas, desired/favorite elements, and budget'. Our staff will delve deeper into 'your ideas, background, story, and the intended use, budget, style, and order completion/collection date of the jewelry'. Finally, a designer will help you complete the final piece, creating a personalized collectible just for you.

✓Step 2. Select the main stone (approximately ten working days)
After receiving quotes from diamond/semi-precious stone manufacturers and discussing custom options, our staff will offer suggestions and provide you with a selection of loose stones. The LYNLI Jewelry team will help you find the most suitable loose stone for you. Once you select a loose stone, you will need to pay the full amount upfront.
* Custom-made jewelry will be made using 18K gold, 14K gold, or 925 sterling silver. Design and final production costs are separate.
✓Step 3. Design draft & price estimate (approximately seven to fourteen working days)
The LYNLI Jewelry team will provide you with a design draft for confirmation within 7-14 days, based on your reference image and selected main stone, along with a detailed quote. After the draft is confirmed, there will be ten business days for detailed revisions and discussions, with a total of three revisions allowed. If the revisions are too significant (equivalent to creating a new draft), further discussion will be necessary. Once the production process begins, the design draft cannot be modified. After the client confirms their intentions, a 50% deposit will be paid to complete the custom order.
✓Step 4 Jewelry Pattern Making & Production (approximately fourteen working days)
Based on the design drawings, we will provide you with final details using 3D drawings or photos of handmade wax sculptures. If adjustments or modifications are needed, we will provide up to two online photo exchanges for fine-tuning. LYNLI Jewelry's team of metalworkers, with their craftsmanship and over 10 years of experience, create unique masterpieces for each piece.
✓Step 5 Try it on & Delivery & Salon Photos (Delivery date can be discussed)
LYNLI Jewelry offers a one-year after-sales service for our custom-made jewelry, with repairs subject to material and labor costs depending on the situation. After the finished product is complete, the most anticipated part is trying it on. During the try-on, pay attention to the finish and comfort, and finally learn how to care for it and understand the after-sales service to protect your perfect collection. LYNLI Jewelry provides free salon photos of custom-made jewelry for collectors. Thank you for your support!
✦ The entire production process, from initial discussion to final delivery, depends on the design and production time, and on average takes about 60-80 working days. Therefore, we recommend that you make an appointment for consultation in advance so that you can receive your beautiful jewelry at the scheduled time!
