Shipping Costs and Delivery Instructions:

*Production timeline:

The Hensheng series are pre-order and custom-made products. After placing an order and making payment, it takes about 20 working days to produce. For customers whose ring size is international size #12 or above, special customization is required. Please send a private message to discuss before placing an order or make an appointment to pre-order at the customization salon.

The normal production process for other items on the shelf is 'approximately 10-15 working days after ordering and payment'. For customers with ring sizes of #12 or larger, special orders are required. Please send a private message to discuss before placing an order or make an appointment to purchase at the customization salon.

Since all products are made to order and are custom-made, they are not eligible for a seven-day return policy due to hygiene and pandemic considerations.

If a sold item has a clear defect, you can present proof of purchase within seven days of receiving the item and inquire with official customer service for an exchange or free warranty repair. Returns are not possible. If more than seven days have passed since receiving the item, a repair or warranty fee will be charged depending on the condition of the item.

Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, global shipping services may be delayed or unable to deliver. If you have any concerns, please add our official Line account to inquire first, or contact us by email before placing an order!

  • All orders within Taiwan (including outlying islands) are sent via registered mail or to a post office mailbox. Shipping is free regardless of the order amount. You can also pick up your order in-store.

  • Shipping costs to overseas regions vary by location. Some regions offer free shipping on orders over $200 USD. We generally use registered mail service. If you require special shipping services (DHL, FedEx), please add our official Line account to inquire about shipping costs before placing your order.

ORDERS HANDLING

Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, we apologize for all the airmail services to many destinations may be rejected or delayed.

Please allow 1-3 business days, excluding weekend and holidays, for us to process your order. Each piece of LYNLI Jewelry is handmade to order and may require up to 14-20 business days for it to be crafted before it's shipped. Our customer service will notify you if there is any potential delays in order.

TAIWAN SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY

All orders within Taiwan can enjoy our free shipping policy via Post Office Parcel service.

We also provide In-Store Pickup Service at Taipei store, please contact us to make the pickup time reservation.

REST OF THE WORLD SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY

We offer our international customers Free Standard Shipping on all orders over USD$200-$300 worldwide. For orders not exceeding, depending on different area, the shipping fees are on you and are non-refundable.

All orders are handmade to order, with standard shipping days applied. Your order will be shipped via Post Service. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including the carrier and a tracking number. Please be aware that we are unable to ship to military address or PO Box.

Due to the situation of Covid-19 , please note that some of the countries had closed their post service so we can't send out the package through post office and we can't estimate the deliver fee of DHL or Fedex in advance. If your shipping address is not on our country list, please contact us before you make the order.

For any reason, the tracking information does not update in 1-3 days, please contact us at service@lynlijewelry.com . Our customer service will provide you with further assistance.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any delays due to customs clearance, local duties and taxes or the weather.

Return and Exchange Policy

Kindly note that all the LYNLI Jewelry are handmade to order. Returns and exchanges are only accepted for limited circumstances and are not acceptable due to change of mind. We only offer returns and exchanges for certain circumstances that are reasonable. Please contact our customer service within 48 hours upon receipt of the purchase goods and we can find solutions for your request effectively.

Exchanges will need to be shipped back to us within 7 days of receipt . Additional non-returnable items are gift cards and final sale items.

If you receive incorrect or damaged items, please contact us no later than 3 business days of receipt by emailing us at service@lynlijewelry.com . We will be more than happy to offer a full refund or exchange.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

Returns or exchanges must be pre-approved by us via email. To complete your return or exchange, please email us at service@lynlijewelry.com and we will email you the return instructions. Please include the order number, reason to return and your contact information in the email. Note that the cost of the return parcel will be borne by the customer.

We take a snapshot for every order before it's shipped out to prevent delivering wrong items to our customers. We will make sure all orders are carefully handled prior to shipping and the actual item you receive is as close as what shows on our website.

In the case of a return or exchange, please return all items back to us in the same condition with the items and its accessories unused and undamaged,

Please note that we may refuse any returns that do not comply with these conditions.

After returns or exchanges have been approved, please return/exchange with a reliable carrier. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping. Appropriate insurance and a trackable shipping service are recommended for all your return packages.

REFUND

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your store credit or refund details. Original shipping costs or return shipping costs, if applicable, are non-refundable.

ORDER ARRIVAL

All orders require a signature upon receipt from the recipient. In the case of any delays in shipping, our customer service will email you a notification. If your order is in urgent, please email us at service@lynlijewelry.com and we will try our best to assist you.

Undeliverable Package

International packages that are returned to us as undeliverable are not able to be re-shipped. A return shipping fee and a re-import fee will be deducted from your final refund, including the original shipping charges. If you still want to purchase items that were undeliverable, please place a new order on our website.

Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your store credit or refund details.

PAYMENT

All items are priced and charged in US dollars at checkout. Foreign transaction fee may be charged by your credit card issuer or the bank.

For the payment methods, we accept Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, and Discover), Debit Card (Payments with debit cards will be charged in real time.), Paypal and Apple Pay.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Please note that import duties, VAT, taxes and any other charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Unfortunately we are not responsible for any possible duties and taxes that may charged in order to clear customs. These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by LYNLI Jewelry. Some orders may also experience custom delays. LYNLI Jewelry has no control over these and we can't predict what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information. If a shipment is refused due to taxes and duties unpaid, the carrier will discard your package and a refund will not be issued.
