LYJ Repair and Maintenance Procedures:
1. Please send your package safely back to LYNLI Jewelry Tainan Store: 1F, No. 129, Qingnian Rd., Zhongxi District, Tainan City | Attn: LYNLI Jewelry (Please send it to us by registered mail).
2. If you need to modify your ring size, please purchase our ring size rings, write your measurements on an envelope and send them to us, or come to our studio to have them measured. We will personally serve you.
3. The processing time for customized products is 7-14 days per item, excluding the time for delivery to the store.
*Since each brand has its own repair procedures and mechanisms, it is best to have modifications and maintenance performed by the original manufacturer. Therefore, items not produced by Li Ni Jewelry are not eligible for repair, modification, or cleaning!
